Those BigMacs are hard on the ticker. I know...I know.... his doc says he weighs 239 and is 6'3" and is excellent health, but....

And please don't hope his does vapor-lock.... there would be a State Funeral, and some people would say some nice things (gag!) about trump. Good progressive heads would explode all over this country.
