Does this mean that birth certificates won't be issued if the mother is not an American citizen?

Will the mother and child be subject to deportation after a week (or whatever time limit set)?

If Trump is allowed to ignore the Constitution and make lawful acts unlawful, why would he stop? Why not "improve" the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, etc.?

Would the current Supreme Court overrule Madison v. Marbury and let another branch of the government be the final arbiter of interpreting the Constitution?
