what the fuck is she carrying?

Edit- Ok it's flowers and rocks for the graves.

Trump really should be carrying that box for her but as we know he is no gentleman.

to place a stone on the grave of a deceased. To be humble. Instead of flowers. Apparently they have a stone from the WH. Didn't see it so I don't know.
