6. Maybe they just want to start the talk on opening up the Constitution

because vote rigging (gerrymandering, voter id, conspiracy theories, purging of voter rolls, electing only puppets as presidents, etc)has gone so well that they expect to have a two thirds majority of congress sometime in the near future and they want to redo the Constitution. It is a 2/3 majority that they need isn't it? I'm in canada and can't quite remember the laws in the US.
