Here we go again?

Too much power for a childish mind to handle! Trump thinks he can sign an executive order to change the constitution! And then ass kissing Graham will give Trump help by introducing a bill to change the law that Trump calls "anchor babies" problems! Pathetic!

You can't change it by an executive order, and you can't change it by regular legislation. You would need to file a constitutional amendment.
