I'm still disappointed the DU site attacker wasn't tracked & caught by FBI cyber security.

(22,651 posts)attacking web sites is a federal and state crime, I don't care if it's a disgruntled employee, ex-du member, or political foe- no one should be allowed to get away with attacks against others 'property'.

(11,026 posts)I went to one in 2010 (I think) that Jimmy Eat World did with Harry Mitchell as well. Really excited to see Gabby, and I never turn down a Calexico show if I can help it.

(3,344 posts)I will be offline, on purpose, which I almost never do. I can't take the up and down roller coaster of the day.
I will read or maybe play Myst III (a video game to keep me occupied.
I will try to wait as long as possible to check the results, but I'm hoping I can wait long enough so the main results are already in.

I just hope the House net is above the line, without the cliffhangers involved.

I've lost hope in this country, to be honest.

(5,810 posts)We already voted earlier in Oct. absentee, so that is already taken care of.
We will make a fresh pot of coffee and get comfy, tune to MSNBC and hope for the best. I wont buy any special celebratory booze because I still have a bottle of Prosecco left over from election night 2016. That is being saved for the day tRump leaves office whether he is voted out, impeached, 25th amendmented out or indicted for multiple crimes/fraud/treason.
I hope I am not disappointed but if I am, I surely hope that I do not go into the deep funk I entered after 2016. That was the biggest kick in the ass since election night 2004. I cried that time and was ill for several days. In 2016, I was too stunned to cry but the depression hit like a ton of bricks. We wuz robbed and it still makes me angry.
