My mom was the President of the Young Republicans of Nassau County, NY when I was a kid (I'm 59). The GOP stood for Unionization, Good Healthcare plans, etc...things that mattered. It was respectable. My mother is turning over in her grave now!👋

I was going to post about Reagan's state's rights speech at the Neshoba County Fair.

Biggest dog whistle ever.

And for those who are very young and may not know what Neshoba County Mississippi is known for, it's where the 3 civil rights workers were murdered for the "crime" of encouraging Black people to vote.
