Trump makes childlike statements about today's shootings

“You think when you’re over it, it just goes away,” Trump said. “But then it comes back in the form of a mad man—a whacko.”

Trump added that prior to taking office he “watched instances like this,” calling it a “shame.”

“But it’s even tougher when you’re the president of the United States,” Trump said. “You have to watch this kind of a thing happen, and it’s so sad to see.”

and the first thing he was talking about is going to his rally. So he's doing a infomercial for his rally to make a proper statement . That what all presidents should do, make a proper statement at a political event.

I just finished reading Omarosa's book "Unhinged" and she thinks he's mentally incapacitated. Based on how he was 15 years ago, and compared to how he is now, she thinks he's suffering from dementia and maybe a stroke. People around him are keeping it hushed-up, of course.
