What's up with Tiny's spray tan? - It's looking even worse than usual lately

While watching the news last night my wife and I both noticed that Tiny's sprayed on orange face was especially horrid. My guess is that whomever had been doing it for him got fed up and quit.

His skin also has a lizard like texture. I agree he looks horrible even makeup no longer hides it
