Link worked for me. And yes, they're applications, but it's yet another facet of voter suppression. VOX Oct 2018 #6

Try this: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/25/us/politics/senate-house-elections.html?nytapp=true&smid=nytcore-ios-share

And note this:
“...state Democratic officials said that more than 4,700 vote-by-mail applications were missing in DeKalb County, one of Georgia’s most populous and liberal-leaning regions...”

So, I ordered the application for her.

She received the application, but she has not sent it in.
Now it's too late.

I don't know why she didn't fill it out.

Maybe she thinks the application is the actual ballot.

I wish she would have just figured this out on her own instead of me doing it for her.

You can get on my case about not following up, but I've had conversations with 282 voters in the past three weeks. I'm a lone precinct chair and I've got 3,200 registered voters in my precinct.

(The woman is 68 and appears to be in good health along with her spouse who is the same age. I think between the two of them one can drive to the polls)
