Caitlyn Jenner: Um ... oops!

By Caitlyn Jenner
October 25 at 3:24 PM

... Following Trump’s election as president, I saw fertile ground for change within the Republican Party on LGBTQ issues. Trump was the first Republican presidential candidate to claim to support this valuable, vulnerable community, and I was encouraged by the applause he received when he said at the Republican National Convention in July 2016 that he would stand up for the LGBTQ community ...

I believed I could work within the party and the Trump administration to shift the minds of those who most needed shifting. I made many trips to Washington to lobby and educate members of Congress, other Washington policymakers and powerful influencers. These meetings were generally positive and almost always led to encouraging conversations. Despite the criticism I received from segments of the LGBTQ community for engaging with this administration, I remained hopeful for positive change ...

Sadly, I was wrong ...

Who was rich and was a sports hero. She thought when she transitioned she would still have this privilege, because she hadn't lived any differently. She had no empathy for her fellow LGBTQ, even when she was warned. She voted for Trump and lauded him. If the camps ever come, her money and previous public identity will not protect her.

No forgiveness from me -- too fucking late.

Welcome to reality, Ms. Jenner.

Notice that she has to complain about "criticism" from the LGBTQ community but says her talks with the GOPers were "positive."

All these Trump-hopers seem so baffled when they realize reality. "But he said....!"

Yeah, well, he LIED. How can that possibly surprise them.

Caitlyn spent much of her earlier career as a motivational speaker for corporate America. That's how she made her millions.
