Update: The comment, no biological threat, was meant to the white powder.

The bomb expert says that, in reference to the bomb, they do not want to commit to the bomber's intent. Won't say if the bombs were meant to go off. But they said definitively that it was a terrorist attack.

but I would assume that means no bioweapon agents like anthrax or ricin were found.

it is not a "biological" threat, but describing it too well might give the bomber/s clues about how the investigation is going.

Try to relax, take the info as it comes out, believe nothing of what you read on the internets, and the more declarative the things you read, the higher the probability it is utter bullshit.

in the postal delivery system. But, I know nothing about bombs. Literally, nothing.
