The packages did not explode and destroy evidence. A lot of tape was used. Tape does, what tape does best... things stick to it. Even fingerprints, dust particles, hair etc. Broken glass and bubble wrap. Self made labels. Which looked to me like s/he printed them on regular paper and cut them to size, by hand. Even that clock, which was a useless addition. The more you put in a package the higher the chance you left your DNA/fingerprints.

The bomber made at least 7 bombs that we know of, there may be more today. He was sloppy to begin with, who wants to bet s/he got lazy and sloppy by time s/he got to the the 7th one?
