I had a huge blowup with a friend today about this. He basically said trump denounced it and that was that. He didn't reallly care about what trump has said about CNN and other media outlets as enemies of the people and didn't care much about his other violent rhetoric. He called me very emotional about it.

Just a side note I had been frustrated with him in that he told me Monday that I tell him of a majority black neighborhood in chicago that doesn't shoot at each other. I told him there probably are quite a few. He responded with name them. Now I don't know every neighborhood well but he rattled off a bunch and said how he wouldn't want to be there. He also called kaepernick kaeper-n word after he beat his green bay packers one year. And yesterday he sent me a hillary sucks but not as much as Monika crap. The next day Hillary gets a pipe bomb in the mail. Obviously I'm not taking this crap anymore and called him a racist and that he needs to work on his issues. He told me he has a black friend so he isn't racist.

I mean you can't be any more moronic about it. Just cuz he hates bruce rauner doesn't mean I'm gonna listen to him anymore or talk to him. I'm sick of racist assholes and I'm moving on. God people seem to be devolving in this country every single damn day.

That isn't even the one former friend who wanted us to bomb north korea and didn't care how many died, told me he hated all black peopleand wanted to kick out every undocumented immigrant in the US and would scream in your face when you tried to talk to him. That one was so smart that he didn't get a lawyer for a weed ticket in North Carolina and got his license suspended. The press has been calling trump out for his lies. Should the lies be ignored? Emphatically, no.

The press hasn't been giving trump any coverage for good things he does? Depends on how one sees "a good thing". Tax cuts are good for business..but on the flip side..bad for raising deficits and wealth not being shared with workers. We know trump does things in isolation for instant gratification. He wants everyone to think the same way he does. But, if we had a president like Obama...who we knew had studied and considered all sides of the issue... perhaps there actually would be positive press converge.

I think a big part of the negative coverage is rooted in his total disregard for the honor, dignity, and traditions we expect from a president.
