And the device that there was a picture of released does not appear be functional but appears more to look like something
someone who watches too much TV thinks a bomb should look like.

James P. O'Neill is the 43rd Police Commissioner of NYC, appointed by Bill DeBlasio in 2016. He was previously the Chief of Police in NYC.

CNN and others have reported, as per Commissioner O'Neill that the devices WERE indeed functional.

intent was Not "intimidation" as I read on here that it was the "meme".

I hope they're able to find who did this to shut all the "false flag" assholes up.

I just read somewhere it would be difficult for those bombs to explode due to defective design.

But I must conclude the bomber is pretty stupid. Why mail the bomb because mail is examined closely, but a cheap drone could do the job more effectively.

bc an insider (undercover?) made sure they weren't going to blow, but, let the 'proud babies'/alt-right send them anyway? If they didn't work maybe there's someone on our side in all of this?
