What we are witnessing - what makes the political climate seem so unreal - is the manifestation of a collective fear by a large segment of our population.
If we let it affect us - if we let it take up too many of our thoughts and too much of our time - if we also become afraid (but for different reasons) - it will only get stronger.
So stay true, and don’t let the hell of fear get in your head.

1. Sorry, but who are you talking about?

The right? Are they afraid of the fake news they've been fed?

Or us? Because we've been hated on and threatened over the last two years by our president who claims that we aren't real people because we're democrats...

I am afraid. And I have been for years, I'm afraid for my safety and the safety of my kids in the severely polarized nation where evil people are told daily that me and my children don't matter.

They’re afraid. We’re afraid. For different reasons and on opposite sides. But fear is fear no matter, and that benefits evil men.
