“The View” (ABC) opened their Wednesday broadcast by addressing the suspicious packages sent to various political figures and media organizations.

The View addressed these developments at the top of the show, and as they remarked the situation, co-host Sunny Hostin invoked a former CNN colleague she’s been in contact with who had this to say: “This is what happens when the president calls you the enemy of the people.”
