Talk me down?

Ok, I admit I may be being paranoid here, but been following the bomb news this morning, and I am kinda worried the GOP and Trump Admin may use this to further interfere (or worst case even call to delay) the elections. I would not put it past them. Oh, that minority precinct that usually votes Democratic? Sorry, threat, so we have to close it. Or have “high security” (police with guns who are really making sure the “right people” vote) I would like to believe I’m overreacting. I don’t think I am. If something along those lines does happen, we need to be ready to resist.

Try to write the news story on how it happens. Who speaks to whom? Who follows what directions? Remember, elections are run by states, and in most states there are county offices and such that do most of the actual work. It would take the cooperation of literally hundreds if not thousands of people to stop a national election. And do you really think anyone in THIS White House has a clue on how to do such a thing?
