Trump to forgo presidential duties and hold two rallies a day leading up to election day

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/10/trump-forgo-presidential-duties-hold-two-rallies-day-leading-election-day-report/

President Donald Trump will forgo some of his presidential duties and begin holding two rallies a day to bolster Republicans’ chances of keeping control of Congress.

CBS correspondent Major Garrett reported on Tuesday that a caravan of migrants heading to the U.S. border was actually hurting Republicans in states like California.

“In House races and maybe in the most important place for House races, California, it works against the president and Republican interests,” Garrett explained on CBS This Morning. “You can’t think of this issue as all or nothing. It is a base mobilizer in certain places, it may hurt [Republicans] in other places.”

According to Garrett, the upcoming election resembled a national election more than a midterm election in terms of voter participation because Trump has made it about himself.

And, apparently he now thinks he can excite those red in tooth and claw to the polls by restarting his viciously cruel border kidnappings and incarcerations of refugee children.

Btw, I read that a bunch of "unaccompanied" children recently transferred from smaller homes to internment camps in the Texas desert are not being provided schooling.

Let's really hope these recurrent demonstrations of promised evil backfire.

You just watch. As night after night, the media shows lines of people in early voting, as percentage of early voting increases over 2016 numbers, as polls show Dems leading in pivotal races, his lies and blustering will get more and more outrageous. There is no filter, no gate between his evil dark deluded mind and his mouth.

I have been going back and forth between CNN and MSNBC and they both seem to be pointing out trumps likes, especially CNN. Now I know some here have been slamming CNN for some reason, but they are doing a very good job of taking on trumps lies. I admit I don't watch MSNBC as much, but when I do they also are pointing out his lies.

I also admit I don't watch the news shows 24/7, I have better things to do, but they are not letting him slide on this.

He couldn't actually be so brazen as to publically declare that campaigning for other politicians was more important than running the country.

We ought to at least be able to dock his salary for the days he's not even pretending to be president.
