But I'm still feeling nauseous over the Republican woman who said, about Rapey McPrivilege's attack on Christine Blasey Ford, "well he was a teenage boy and ALL teenage boys do that." And the other GOP women she was with all nodded in agreement.

(The logical follow up question, of course, should have been "Do any of your sons behave that way? Did your husband when he was a teenaged boy? But the questions were not asked.)

I doubt if those women represent the majority of (white) women. But I do think they represent a large percentage of (white) women, large enough to throw fetid oil on the waters of what would otherwise be a blue wave. I hope I am wrong. November 6 will tell the tale.
