There he is saying the Saudi torture/murder is intolerable and has to be responded to appropriately, but the investigation needs to "play out" and that if the "Crown Prince" is responsible something really bad needs to come down on him - *BUT* it has to be " * NUANCED * " because: " (This crowny princey dude) is VERY INTELLIGENT, if you've heard him talking about the FUTURE OF SAUDI ARABIA, really impressive - AND we've got to remember that (this crowny dude) might be the leader for the NEXT 30 years, so the response has to be nuanced!1"
