I just pannicked about cosby: I thought the tv in the backround said he was released! AH!

Thank goodness for the google. He asked for an appeal but was laughed out of town. He's on his 4th set of lawyers: Apparently the first 3 know he's toast, but there are always those who will file motions for the money...

Still, unless he becomes terminally ill, he's likely to serve his full (at least the minimally imposed) sentence.
