Need help finding out what this video is...

So Matt Gaetz posted this on his twitter account, claiming that it shows women and children in the caravan getting paid to "storm the border". He posts no source for this claim or has any proof to back it up.

I have been looking for what this video is or where it came from...any sleuths out there want to take a crack at it?

I guess the First Baptist Church of Fort Walton Beach, where Gaetz is a member (according to his congressional website) isn't real big on the 10 Commandments. Or the Christian Testament. Or the books of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Micah or Amos.
