Maybe Amy Klobuchar Should Run For President

Maybe Amy Klobuchar should run for President, or at least be considered for a Vice Presidential spot. I am watching her on The View and she is doing a great job. Meghan McCain tried to claim that Democrats may have misplayed their hand because the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearing seem to have energized the Republican base. First, Klobuchar responded by saying their was no hand to play, Ms. Ford came forward with her allegations and something had to be done about those allegations. Then she pivoted to start discussing policy issues and telling people that Mitch McConnell has started talking about repealing Obamacare and that is what needs to be everyone's focus. She also answered a question about Hilary Clinton's comment that President Clinton should not have resigned over his affair with Monica Lewinsky because it was not an abuse of power since Lewinsky was an adult. While answering the question, she said we have to stop thinking about what men have done in the past and thinking about what women can do in the future.

I thought Senator Klobuchar did a really good job throughout the entire interview. She answered all of the questions well and seemed to be a smart well spoken individual. I really think she would come across well in a debate against Donald Trump, or Mike Pence. I think either she, or a ticket with her could win really big in 2020.

She said that, but in reference to Hilary Clinton having to answer for what Bill Clinton did in his past. On Kavanaugh she explained why she did not vote for him.
