(10,885 posts)July 1 was to be the implementation date, but the red tape of verifying the product testing and issuing the licenses has held up the entire process.

And the world hasn't ended.
The only thing you can't legally do is buy or sell it... yet.
I've been growing it since the law passed, and I don't even consume it (other than topical application for joint pain).
