Can Dr Ford sue Limbo for using her trauma in ad to sell SimpliSafe home security?
Today I heard the moral and intellectual leader of the Republican Party ridicule Christine Blasey Ford’s need for two front doors to ease lingering fears and used it to transition into a standard advertisement that he voices for one of his regular national advertisers — SimpliSafe security systems.
That use of Dr Ford’s trauma to transition to the SimpliSafe ad may have been included in the time allotted for that ad. If so, it was paid for by SimpliSafe. They may not like that.
Advertisements are not included the show’s official sanitized transcript and if it’s not there then it’s part of the ad, paid for by SimpliSafe.
Should she get compensation? Can she sue? Her lawyers need to know.

For others, securing every door and every window is what’s important to feel safe inside. Now, how you go about securing all of those entry points, that’s another thing…

He called her “Ballsey” Ford for three weeks as he accused her of lying and acting on behalf of the ‘Democrat’ activist forces. He even played a recording of a voice actor imitating Dr Ford with an exaggerated baby voice effect, suggesting Dr Ford was using it to gain sympathy.
After spending 3 hours a day for 3 weeks doing to Dr Ford what he did to Anita Hill 30 years ago and so many others like Sandra Fluke in between, he just can’t stop reveling in his ‘success’ seeking the well-deserved ‘credit’ and recognition he regularly fails to get from the mainstream ‘liberal’ media.
So even after he knew her family had been getting death threats, thanks in part to his attacks and lies aimed at her, and even after he got Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court, exactly the same way he got Clarence Thomas on, he continues to attack and ridicule her.
And that guy’s on 600 radio stations, leading the way on 1000 others, and 260+ of those stations use sports from at least
88 irresponsible universities and dozens of pro sports teams to attract advertisers to pay rent.
Artificial intelligence will force ad industry to kill RW radio. Dems can accelerate the inevitable.
