With any luck, he will also be the last one to do that. For now, though, we have a unique opportunity to observe (and cringe at) schoolboy antics by the "leader of the free world."
There used to be a certain amount of decorum involved with presidential announcements. Calling a woman "Horseface" doesn't really fit into that model, somehow. But that doesn't deter Donwald J. Trump. He's fond of middle school-style name-calling. He used to call Kim Jong Un "Rocket Boy," but they've since "fallen in love" with each other, so they're holding hands during recess these days, instead.
Trump is fickle, see, like all pubescent boys. One day, he's doing the nasty with some girl at his school and the next he's calling her "Horseface." Puberty is an ever-changing phenomenon, and emotional snap judgments seem to be common.
We have an eighth-grade boy living in the White House. What dumbass thing will he do next? There's no way to predict the behavior of middle-school kids, sadly.

(13,783 posts)... intelligent thinking. Eighth graders are certainly norm breakers, but they can, like understand climate change and stuff like that.
