Harvey Levin Claims Kanye West Is Being Mocked Because He is a Trump Supporter

The part about Kanye and people mocking even though he supposedly suffers from a mental disorder starts at about 2:33. I am not buying Levin's argument that Kanye West is being mocked only because he is a Trump supporter. Saturday Night Live has mocked a number of people who have had problems, mental or otherwise. The first person I thought about was Whitney Houston. Although she did not officially have a mental disorder it is very possible that she did suffer from some type of mental disorder. However, she did suffer from a drug problems. Throughout her problems Saturday Night Live mocked her. I could be wrong but I think Saturday Night Live has not shied away from mocking Mariah Carey and she does officially have a mental disorder. I do believe Saturday Night Live mocked Courtney Love even though she had a drug problem, was a widow whose husband had committed suicide, and was the mother of a small child. Saturday Night Live has rarely, if ever, refused to mock a celebrity that is down on his luck. Didn't Saturday Night Live mock Gary Busey when he was going through his problems with drugs. Someone being down on their luck does not seems like a way to get Saturday Night Live to leave the person alone; it seems like a way to get Saturday Night Live to mock the person. What celebrity has done something stupid and not been mocked by Saturday Night Live?
