E Warren is right on the money trolling tRump over the DNA test

Let me say I am not the biggest EW fan, and I don’t see her as the D presidential candidate in 2020.

But her timing and message are perfect in this DNA business. I see a lot of hand wringing from the pundits who call it a distraction from the Nov midterms. Nope. Wrong. Very wrong.

tRump is busy on the campaign trail, acting tough, calling people names and lying about policy and reality left and right. Warren’s announcement and challenge gets right up in tRump’s grill. It shows he lied about her heritage. It shows he name called about her heritage based on lies. It shows he was grandstanding about her heritage when he made his million-dollar challenge.

Her rebuke shows once again that he is a liar and a cheat, and that one should assume that everything he says is a lie. Her rebuke shows how his tough guy attitude toward women falls apart when a strong woman stands up for herself. Her rebuke lays bare the fact that tRump is all hat and no cattle, that he is not and never has been a man of his word.

Most important, his backing down from Warren sends a strong message to Ds and independents that he can be beaten, that truth is not tRump’s friend, and that the emperor has no clothes.

Republican cultists cannot be separated from their talking points. The public has to be reached by Democrats/progressives. It’s tougher, since there’s no bottomless cash or media infrastructure to match what Republicans possess.
