Trump on Mimicking Christine Blasey Ford: 'It Doesn't Matter. We Won.'

Confronted about how he mocked an accuser of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh at a rally this month, President Trump insisted that he had treated her with “respect” before shutting down the conversation entirely.

“You know what? I’m not going to get into it because we won. It doesn’t matter. We won,” Trump told 60 Minutes’ Lesley Stahl in an interview, referring to Kavanaugh’s eventual confirmation to the Supreme Court.

Stahl asked the president why he led a large crowd to laugh at Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault allegation against Kavanaugh at a Mississippi rally earlier this month, despite Ford saying at a public hearing during Kavanaugh’s confirmation process that she remembered the laughter from her alleged assault most vividly. In response, Trump said the Kavanaugh issue was doing well with his base.

“The way now Justice Kavanaugh was treated has become a big factor in the midterms,” he said. “Have you seen what’s gone on with the polls?”

But this egomaniac of course, is going to take credit for something so disgusting. The whole investigation was to give Snuffleupagus Collins and the rest of them cover. It got his base fired up, but the fix was in. Obviously. Such a twat.

like go after him about it....I thought she just let it pass, and I know, it’s over, he’s on the bench but I really was disappointed in her performance. I thought she should have been more aggressive with him not answering her questions. Not worth watching. JMHO.

See, he don't care, and his base don't care how ya win. Just win. Get that power, and shove it in our faces. This way, little miss pool police can attack black kids, and little miss park police can call the cops on someone grilling with charcoal instead of gas or what the fuck ever. Those 8 years of Obama was like shaking a can of pepsi. Now they got their big orange bigot who says out loud what has been brewing inside them. We got pepsi shootin' out every damn where. They are rabid. I work with a woman who honest to God believes Michelle Obama is a transvestite. She would show me pictures where there was a pucker in her dress as proof. She is fricking cuckoo for cocopuffs. I finally had to ask her what difference does is make if she is a tranny. This is a nightmare I'd like to wake up from please.

She could have just said, "You're a pig and this interview is over". That would have been the right thing to do (after making the mistake of thinking she could interview him).

and his "Romney didn't win, did he?" response to CNN's Dana Bash when she called him out on his lying about Romney's tax returns.

At first I thought that Trump was making some subtle mocking attack. But then, after thinking a bit about it, Trump is not very subtle. So nope, probably not.

Regular Americans lose when Republicans win because they don't care who they hurt to get what they want. I wish more Republican voters could see that.
