I agreed to the survey. It was simple enough until they got to Medicaid expansion. I answered I was for it. Next question, "Would you still be for the expansion if you that in states like Georgia 50% of the general fund goes to Medicaid".

I told them to shove their push polled up their Republican Asses and hung up. The lady was protesting, telling me it was almost over.

The second you realize you're being push polled by someone whose views are counter to yours, answer every question in a way that's sure to piss them off.

"Would you still support Mr. Jones (the Democrat in the race) even if you knew he was planning to raise your taxes?"
"Oh hell yeah! Double those suckers. I don't care. We gotta pay off the debt, no politician in the world is ever going to suggest a real spending cut on things like F-35 fighters and foreign aid to Israel, and the only way we're going to do it is to start bringing more money in. If you'd just quit your job for one that paid half what you're making now, would you celebrate by ordering a new Mercedes? Because that's exactly what Republicans do by cutting taxes and increasing spending, and it's got to stop."

5. I just mess with their results.

They try a vicious talking point against the Dem and I tell them it makes me support the Dem more. The rep on the phone gets a completed poll and I've reduced the chance they'll use the talking point.

The callers are just working stiffs after all.

...who is not a believer (it's just a job) and school them on my version of the facts while skewing the poll. They are generally quite pleasant, as this is just a paid job for them, not missionary work.
