Back in April, Malcolm Nance was interviewed on "Great Conservations" -- catch it if you can.
https://www.aptv.org/episodes/1594499/Great-Conversations/Malcolm-Nance-and-Ned-Price/Spells out the real scope of the Russian attack, and Putin's plans to "engineer the West" to suit his own plans. Nance identifies himself as a former Republican and former conservative, but says that type of conservatism is gone. Today, it's "Moscow-axis conservatism" (my term, not his) that is making inroads throughout the West. Should be worth reading his latest book.
