Or does it include eligible American citizens who registered to vote but then were thrown off the voter rolls for being the wrong skin color?
Seriously, with up to 10% of voters being thrown off the rolls, we need to consider any Democrat with a six to eight point lead to be in a dead heat

Their polling seems to be the most favorable to our side, no matter the category or race
