Program for College Saving eliminated by Trump
It was called Individual Development Accounts.
It allowed families to save for college by getting a 3 to 1 match for their dollars when saved.
It was for low-income families. Just another atrocity perpetrated on the most vulnerable in our society in the purpose of enriching the already rich.
