Trump cares about money first and people not much at all. He has no empathy whatsoever. He'll fly down to Florida, probably Tallahassee, say a few words written on a piece of paper, and fly back to DC. His concern for the people who are devastated by Hurricane Michael is just a microscopically thin film over a deep pool of greed and hunger for power.

Even the most favorable estimates don't reach that. It's just a number the administration made up. It's closer to $90 billion by any reasonable estimate, and if any kinds of economies of scale are introduced, it's probably closer to $75 billion.
