Kimmel on Trump-Kanye meeting: Conversation was typical of 'people wearing hospital bracelets'

Last night host Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday mocked rapper Kanye West and President Trump for their meeting in the Oval Office earlier in the day.

The “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” host told his audience that he had no idea why they decided to allow cameras into the highly-anticipated meeting to capture the surreal interaction.

“Not only was this a crazy conversation for this White House, this is the kind of conversation that would typically be held between people wearing hospital bracelets.”

Kanye sat across from a quiet Trump at the Resolute Desk wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat and launching into a 10-minute uninterrupted tirade laced with profanity.

It starred Gregory Peck in the title role as a psychiatrist in an Army Air Force hospital in 1944. Tony Curtis costars as a reluctant attendant in the psych ward. At one point in the film Curtis refers to it as the "flippy ward," and cautions "Don't open the door. They'll jump right out!"

Politically incorrect? Absolutely. But it fits the Oval Office yesterday to a T.
