Trump's thinking of black votes with his prison reform proposal

Wish there was some way we could get ahead of him on this issue. He doesn't need a lot of black votes to get re-elected.

If we win the House, passing our own prison reform proposal should be a priority so we can say we did it first.

While prison reform is a concern, we also have many other issues we're interested in and some of them don't have anything to do with prison, drugs or crime - you know, just like white people have ...
