I had enjoyed Colbert and Maher but find myself just not wanting to laugh at Republicans anymore.

not to mention network "news"

I just can't... I doing a netflix/Amazon Prime binge week (though I still read the news here and elsewhere)

Trying to balance my personal rage and activism with personal obligations. The old stand bys for escape like Colbert just seem to feed the rage, rather than blowing off steam.

I used to enjoy Samantha Bee, Colbert, Daily Show, Seth Meyers. But, like you, I just can't anymore. I don't want to see his face and I don't want to hear his name. The news media too is all trump all the time. there is a world of news going on and you really have to search for it. Huge news stories come and go and are forgotten. for instance, are those kids still locked up?
