If they can count on say getting an extra few % knocked off of the 54% D vote through voter suppression, knocking D voters off of voter rolls. Another few percent who's votes will never count as they live in a highly gerrymandered district. And another few percent whose votes are flipped via Republican owned voting machines.

We have to have such overwhelming odds. So many D voters out that no amount of cheating will suffice.
