Possible actual silver lining

Maybe, just maybe, because Kavanaugh is SO illegitimate, he can be removed. If 45* had nominated another Gorsuch, we might not be able to dislodge him (assuming with 99% certainty it would be a male), but with Kavanaugh's record and actions, we actually have a case for his impeachment.

they can explore, for a long time, all sorts of kav hidden stuff. That would take a toll, raise public consciousness, and of course, lead to impeachment, [at the right time].

Incredibly vulnerable.
