4. Campaigns are not just about the short term. Even if Janz is behind, campaigns are important for

educating voters, getting them involved. I recall Reagan running for office and losing before he won. The same could happen with Janz or another Democrat in his district in the future. The entire Central Valley, including Janz's district, is tragically void of accurate information due to pervasive wingnut media and rethug corporate farms in the area.

Phone banking for Janz does not preclude campaigning for other candidates.
