2 Terms maximum - just like Presidents. These guys are too old for all that work and far too set in their ways and way of thinking, which is out of touch!!

I've seen articles and such here and there that suggest that millenials and younger do have better world views. True????

6. All members of the Silent Generation born 1928-1945

Heavily pro-Republican generation and predisposed to think that way based on Truman's low average approval rating throughout his two terms followed by Eisenhower's sky high approval ratings especially during his first term.

Presidential popularity when a person turns 18 is a great predictor toward how they will think and vote all their lives.

More often than not, obviously. As a gambler I am always interested in the cheap advantage of more often than not, and don't care about anecdotal evidence the other way. Obviously there are millions of exceptions among the Silent Generation, including both of my parents and high numbers on this website.

Trump came along at a time in which there were still enough members of that generation both in congress and especially on the voter rolls. He would have had a considerably more difficult time, if not next to impossible, a decade later.

Most of them I have ever met (including my parents ) are staunch democrats. Especially the ones who benefited from FDR's new deal and those who grew up in the depression
