(16,379 posts)Too sweet for me and that's saying something. Everyone says you have to eat them while they're still warm from the fryer and I've not done that. I guess I don't even WANT to like them if they're that addicting.

(2,484 posts)That makes me neither cool nor an expert on Irish culture. It just surprises me that KK excites them. They have no shame in loving American-style products, but one thing they do well is the newer-type Gourmet American donuts.
Can't wait to go back, mainly to give some of my new local friends some shit about this.

(16,109 posts)when a new place opens up, especially if it is a chain that hasn't been in the region before, there are a few weeks of long lines.
It is just a human thing. The new stuff is exciting!
