1. Why has media ignored her? Her story confirmed Kavanaugh as a rapist, and with security clearances

She could lose her job if she lied under oath, yet asked to do so, and asked for an FBI investigation. She would never have done that if she was lying.

She also said she told police at the time, and Avenatti said police said it would take a month to get her records. Why weren't Democrats demanding that the process be delayed a month until those records could be produced or alternatively, Trump must withdraw the nomination?

It became all about Ford and the second woman who merely claimed exposure, not Swetnick who said she was raped with Kavanaugh and Judge present (again making Ford's story seem more credible), and that she also saw him lined up outside bedroom doors where incapacitated women inside were likely being raped, too? She also saw his inappropriate crude groping of women and said she had witnesses to confirm this.

Why the media blackout on her story? So what if she had some prior litigation on unrelated matters like a slip and fall. The FBI should have investigated this above all else.

I don't know; more media should have followed up on this. Should do so now, for whatever good it will do at this point.

Will probably just get glossed over though; too much for America to take...like, an attempted rapist SCOTUS justice is OK I guess, but a full-on rapist? Now that's just something we can't talk about in polite society.

11. I don't think she herself can press charges.

She has to go to the police, make her allegations, then DA has to take it to trial if that DA believes he can prove the case. As far as I can tell she has not gone to the police. I am also not sure whom she is specifically accusing of rape.
