Let's get one thing straight, because getting it all crooked is screwing up the narrative.

The Kavanaugh hearing was not a criminal trial.

1. No indictment filed, no investigation prior to charges
2. The abbreviated investigation afterward from evidence arising, in a Senate hearing, was a supplemental job interview background check
3. Investigation limited to 5 days and a select list of people selected by the prosecution only
4. Prosecution and defence not allowed to call any other witness but the accuser and accused
5. Jury was 11 select, biased men
6. No judge
7. No rules of evidence, no pretrial hearings, no pretrial nothing
8. Accused not present during sworn testimony

Last but not least...a Senate hearing is NOT a criminal trial courtroom!

Did anyone else get that scoop?

I could go on.

Of course the criminal standard of proof was not met! Senator Collins and Trump, anyone with two sticks to rub together for a brain knows that. But I digress.

Yet Collins and Trump and now all of the RW media are screaming Democrats, yes Democrats, want to demolish the rule of law by abolishing the criminal standard of proof? WE are lawless??

No. That is as pure bullshit as you can produce, and all should know it.

Collin's proved one thing to me...she is either hopelessly stupid or hopelesss compromised by the propaganda she now pushes with reckless abandon.

And the media proved another, they are hopelessly unable or unwilling to apply logic or common sense and are clueless as to criminal law, preferring their own counsel on such things.

Has the media gotten around to collecting the various tweets and rantings of Shitler on his hatred of judges, courts and the rule of of law compare with his sudden love of the rule of law? Do I have to do all the work for you...without pay?

Isn't that your job and not that of armchair amateur observers?

Get with it and get off the Lazy Couch, fucking media...talk to a criminal lawyer for confirmation of this diabolical propaganda and put an end to it!

Or go talk to a good criminal lawyer...the 1 hour and 400 bucks well worth the price for truth.

Remember when Republicans, Collins and Murkowski taking point position, would not give Franken "the benefit of reasonable doubt", why another test for Brett?

Reasonable doubt for Republicans and reasonable suspicion for Democrats? Now there is a slap in the face to the rule of law.

Republicans and their Dear Leader are the real true haters of the rule of law and your pathetic attempt at deflection is not going to work...the entire criminal justice system is not going to be abused for political benefit

We have the evidence of Republican hatred of the rule of law beyond reasonable doubt.

Just look at the thousands of children purposely and with malice aforethought locked up in cages as an example of what happens when you hate and ignore the rule of law. Who did that?
