Unless he does something that is horrendous with verified witnesses and video tape there's no chance of him being impeached.

Is dramatically higher than blocking the appointment in the first place.

as the evidence of kav and trump piles up, Senate becomes more likely to hold a decent trial. In itself that is good. Then, if the Senate, even with a Senate 'con majority, albeit slimmer majority, Senate at some point just may do what it is supposed to do.

But that means sort of like indicting.

he would have to be convicted in the Senate,
that is NOT going to happen..

Sorry, Yuiyoshida...

like with Bill Clinton.

because the Senate will not convict him of whatever the impeachable offense is.

Some will quibble and say "'impeach' means the House votes by a simple majority to get the Senate to hold the vote. Thus President Clinton was impeached." To remove Trump, or an SC justice, from office, ie what we actually need, rather than just a form of trial, the Senate vote must have a 2/3rd majority. That means 1/3rd of Senate Republicans must vote to remove them.

Which isn't going to happen unless they are shown guilty beyond all reasonable doubt of violent crimes or to have altered vote totals to 'elect' Trump. Anything below that (eg just conspiring with Putin to, say, fund the NRA, or hack Democrats) will get waved away by Republicans in safe seats.

He remains open to possible civil and possibly criminal liability.

That said, we might want to wait until there's a Democrat in the White House for anything that might remove him

If Dems get Subpoena power they can recover documents that prove Kavanaugh lied under oath to the Senate. That's Pokey time.

At a minimum they flood the news with 'con wrongdoings and Mueller indictments and prosecutions.

traitortrump and kav get impeached, possible Senate at some time tries their case, - but the main thing is Dems play offense, and bad guys play defense, [as trump tries to get away with whatever he can].

I suppose the House could take the extraordinary step of subpoenaing a sitting Supreme Court Justice if there's a question of whatever kind of perjury you get from lying under oath to Congress

Not quite at the level of lying under oath to a Grand Jury I guess- think they pulled Bill Clinton's law license for that?- and likely to harden his partisan bias as a judge if that's even possible. And I'm not sure where to go with it.
