Make Supreme Court justices take a breathalyzer every morning?

Wouldn't be a bad idea for the congress too. Let's see how many mean drunks are running this country.

I was thinking it'd be in our best interests to send a keg of beer to Kav every day the court is in session. I'd rather have him passed out drunk than doing what he does sober.
