Not everyone can go door to door.
Here's one alternative:
I found a website where you can write letters to registered Democrats who are unlikely to vote in the mid-terms. It takes two minutes and a stamp, but the ROI is pretty respectable. Worth it I'd say: https://votefwd.org/.
Any other ideas to GOTV?

(146,320 posts)Start with people you know who are undecided about going to vote. The ROI will be much higher if you take that approach.
Really, if every Democratic voter convinced one or two people who wouldn't otherwise vote to go to the polls, we'd win in a landslide.

(145,427 posts)The state Party identified 9600 voters in my county who had high democratic scores and who moved to my county but were registered in another county. The party also identified another 4600 voters who moved to my county from out of state but who had higher democratic voter scores. We raised $5,000 to send each of these voters a completely filled out voter registration application with postage prepaid to register these voters in my county. I heard that we had decent response rate. One of my friends lost his race for county wide judicial slot by less than 1200 votes in 2016.
We have raised money for a coordinated campaign for local candidate and will have block walkers hit 38,000 households between now and election day.
