We’re now well into the media fallacy that everything Republicans did to help Kavanaugh’s nomination “worked” and everything the Democrats did “failed.” I’m sure it had nothing to do with a GOP president sending a conservative nominee to a GOP Senate.

It is that simple. Politics has replaced them with a complete failure to understand the reason why we have three branches of government. We no longer have that. More's the pity.
