More angry than sad...

When Justice Anthony Kennedy resigned, we knew he was going to be replaced with a "conservative". Everyone understood that.

If it had not been Kavanaugh, it would have been someone much like him. Whether or not every decision will be a 5-4 decision remains to be seen?

Usually, circumstances are not as bad as they might first appear nor as good as they might seem. However, if this nomination helps the Democrats to take back the House, I would be happy to make that trade.

In hindsight, I think we will see that this power move by the Republicans will help the Democrats. We hope it will put the House of Representatives back where it belongs. If it does, it will all be worth it.

4. History shows us

That the bullyboys have the advantage. ...2 examples are the US civil war & ww2. Retrospect shows the immense power of north doomed rebels from the start but read the history and ....the South actually were winning 1st. couple years. Same with ww2...hitler too obnoxious to win. Both cases forced the 'good guys' to act, and when they did....the Nazis were relying on missile/nuke technology in the end, and the south couldn't win actual war. It. still. a pissoff to read the early part of both conflict s; had not both been so 'ukkin stupid, history might. have been different!
